DELIVERY The delivery periods and the availability of the products are given as a guide. DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD are not responsible for the delays due to its suppliers or companies of transport. In the event of the delay of delivery or non-availability of the products, DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD will in no case be held responsible and the purchaser will neither cancel his order nor make recourse to compensation. The delivery of the products will be noted by a delivery order signed by the purchaser or his agent. If nobody is present at the address of delivery indicated by the purchaser at the delivery date indicated by DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD, the purchaser will deal with the later expenses of delivery so that this last enters indeed in possession of the products. The products are delivered to the address of delivery indicated by the purchaser during the process of order. In the different event of deliverable articles on dates taking into account their availability, the delivery period is based on the longest time. However, DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD reserve the possibility of splitting the deliveries. The share in the expenses of treatment and delivery will be given according to particular cases in agreement with the customer and according to the volume and the number of additional parcels to dispatch. The rates of delivery indicated on the site are valid for deliveries whose weight is lower or equal to 50 kilograms. Any order whose weight is higher than 50 kilograms will be the subject of a specific estimate request addressed to contact@bricoloisirs.com or by mail to : DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD - Av. Georges Pompidou - 24700 Montpon-Ménestérol - France. RECEPTION AND RETURN The purchaser will assume the expenses and the risks of the transport of the purchased products after their delivery. With the delivery products, the purchaser must check the condition of the delivered products (products damaged or defective), the compliance of the delivery with the sales contract /quantity, reference, lack(s) of article(s)/ before signing the delivery order. The purchaser must transfer any noted anomaly in the form of “handwritten reservations” to the delivery order accompanied by his signature or that of his agent. The purchaser will then announce his complaints, without neglecting the recourse against the conveyer to DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD on the very same day of the delivery or the first day following the delivery date to contact@bricoloisirs.com. The purchaser will mention there his name, his co-ordinates, the number of the corresponding order, the reference of the articles concerned, as well as the complete description of the damages, defects and noted errors of delivery. Any return of articles(s) requires the attribution of the number of return by DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD. No return will be taken into account without this number. The turned over products must be in their packing of origin, this last has to be in perfect state, if not - the expenses of reconditioning of 30 euros (TI) will be invoiced to the purchaser.
In the event of failure with its obligations, DIFFUSION INDUSTRIE PÉRIGORD will in no case accept the return of articles(s) nor the refunding or the exchange of those. |
