ADHERENT FOR BELTS

Characteristics:
- Specific Member for the anti-ice-skating treatment of the belts.
- Does not harden, does not dry, is impermeable with water.

ANTI-ADHERENT WELDING

Characteristics:
- No flammable
- Without silicone
- Does not clog, is eliminated easily using a rag soaked with solvent
- Allows the operations of painting, joining... after use.

Uses:
- Protection of the torches of welding and the welded parts.
- Protection of the machines to be welded automatic and semi-automatic.

Instructions:
- To agitate and hold the aerosol vertically Well.
- To pulverize directly on surface to treat with a distance of 20 with 30cm. To renew the operation before each welding.
- Not to leave the aerosol with range of let us scrape welding, nor of heat source.

CLEANING PROTECTION STAINLESS

Characteristics :
- Liquid of low viscosity.
- Excel wettability allowing the instantaneous elimination of dust, the fat and the finger marks.
- Does not cause phenomenon of irisation.
- Admitted in food medium (in conformity with the decree of the 27/10/75): product which can be used for the cleaning of the material which can be in contact with the foodstuffs.
- Nonflammable Preparation. Point flash = 80°C
- Net Volume = active matter 97%.

Use :
- Cleaning, maintenance and protection of the stainless steels being used for decoration of the buildings and various constructions, medical and industrial kitchens, agro machines food etc.
- Elimination of the finger marks on all the stainless steels.
- With the stainless steel its initial brilliance restores and leaves a monomolecular film of protection to hydrophobic tendency.

Instructions :
- To agitate the aerosol before use.

DETECTEUR OF ESCAPES

Characteristics:
- Non flammable
- Detects without danger the gas leakages
- Inert with respect to pipings out of steel, copper, tin...
- Contains anti-corrosive additives
- Aerosol usable in all position

Uses:
- Detection of the gas escapes in very many fields.
- Usable to detect the escapes of drains and connections of compressed air, argon, butane, propane...

Instructions:
- To agitate Well before employment and to hold the aerosol vertically.
- To direct the diffuser in direction of surfaces to be treated and pulverize to approximately 15 cm without excess.
- Bubbles are formed in the event of escape.

GALVAMAT HIGH TEMPERATURE

Characteristics:
- Coating galvanizing aspect chechmate cold.
- Rust-proof Mixture of lamellate Zinc and powder Zinc.
- The coating contains Zinc 55% compared to the dry extract (use of a pure Zinc with 99.5%).
- Very good resistance to the salt spray: 400 hours at temperatures ranging between +100°C and +150°C.
- The characteristics are however related to the thickness of the layer. Behaviour in temperature: +350 with +400°C at a peak, +200 with +250°C uninterrupted.
- Excellent behaviour with the corrosive atmospheres and chemical environments.
- Easily flammable preparation.
- Non flammable propellant gas.

Use:
- Durable electrochemical protection, allowing the operations of welding.
- Its anti-rust properties can also make an ideal surfacer of it before the operations of painting.
- Usable for interior and external work of protection on iron, steel, coated sheets, door frames, roofs, metal frames, beacons, rails, slides of safety etc.

Instructions:
- To strongly agitate before use until "separation" of the ball which one must hear inside the aerosol.
- To pulverize the spray to 20 cm of the part to be treated after having beforehand brushed it, having decarbonized and and degreased. To apply in layers cross.
- Not to apply to wet or covered surfaces of pulverulent rust.
- Drying: approximately 1 hour with the touch.
